Making you aware of your rights is important to us. You can find out about all of your purchasing rights at www.direct.gov.uk.

By law, consumers in the EU have the right to cancel a contract for the purchase of an item within seven days of the day of receipt of the order. If you wish to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations, we ask you to please notify us via our contact us link.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, and are subject to certain instructions in order for you to be eligible to return items. You must not remove hygiene seals from the lingerie. Due to hygiene reasons, lubricants, massage oils and lingerie [if the hygiene seals are removed or have been used] can only be returned in the event that they are faulty; unfit for purpose; not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality in contrast to the description.

If any goods are faulty; not as described; unfit for purpose or of an unsatisfactory quality you can receive a full refund or exchange for them by returning them to the address at the bottom of this page. However, the return must be with a reasonable time [7 days] as all items purchased should be fully inspected upon the day of receiving. We do, however, give you a two day grace period where you can check your products are satisfactory.

You do not have any real grounds for complaint if you:

* Caused the damage yourself

* Made a mistake when buying the item

* Simply changed your mind

However, as a goodwill gesture we will allow an exchange, within 14 days of purchase, for any item you may have accidently ordered in the wrong size or colour. To do this you will need to contact us via the contact link, or by emailing us on info @ sinnerslingerie . com.

If you return goods, please always retain proof of posting for your records. This can be obtained from your Post Office and is free. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

Please note that during holiday seasons Royal Mail will have more packages and as such may be slower on its output. We cannot be held responsible for this and can only endeavour to send out our items within 1 working day and rely on Royal Mail to get it to you on their guideline delivery dates.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
